Shipment Information:
FedEx, UPS and USPS are our partners for shipping products. Due to the much higher volume of additional shipments expected during this holiday season, there will be delays in delivery times.
We will continue to process and ship orders within a few business days and send updates as orders and shipments are received.

Shipping time: 10-20 business days
PS. Orders from South America and the Russian Federation may be delayed due to shipping and customs issues, and shipping time may exceed one month.
Each country has its own customs rules and policies. Please contact your local customs office for more information. If in rare cases, import duties or taxes are charged, the customer is responsible for paying them.

How to get my tracking number and receipt?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the order logistics information. After that you will be able to track your order at CLOOES. Please wait 1-2 business days for the tracking information to be displayed.
My order shows delivered, but I don’t have it?
What most likely happened is.
– They didn’t scan it correctly and it shows up the next day.
– The carrier may have accidentally left it at a neighbor’s house or, if you live in an apartment, at the front desk. Please check.
– If you still can’t find the order, please email us [email protected].
What is the responsibility if the package is lost?
We will resend you a new one or give you a full refund, provided that if you do not receive the package 60 days after it was sent. If this happens, please contact us at [email protected].
