If there is a return or exchange, who will bear the freight?
a. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product. For the return in this case, we will pay the return shipping fee, please contact customer service immediately so that we can solve the problem. We hope that every purchase fully meets expectations and promises. If you want to return multiple items, please return them together to enjoy a free return of all items. If you return the goods separately, you may have to pay additional shipping costs.

Requirements for returns or exchanges:
– Before returning or exchanging an item, please send us an email and please provide the return tracking number from your receipt.
– Your item must be in good condition and show no signs of depreciation.
– Keep the original packaging in the same condition as it was received. Include all tags and boxes.

If the product does not meet the requirements for return we will have full authority to refuse your return. We will send the rejected item back to the original shipping address. To avoid this, please contact our customer service team to address any questions or concerns about the item you are returning prior to returning it. Please follow the steps in the email we sent you for returns and exchanges. After we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund, which may take up to 5 business days to process if there is no violation of the return policy. If the request is approved, then your refund will be processed.
